We got pack 2 with 80 sq ft of raised floor and the standard supreme stairs for €560 fully fitted,he had to adjust the opening to the attic to fit the attic stairs and when were finished fitting the stairs and the way it blinded in to the ceiling it looked like it was always there, he is a top class tradesman.
